Pakistani siren Sara Loren was in news recently for having been chosen by Firoz Nadiadwala to perform a special item number in his next production, Welcome Back. Sara too had expressed her interest in the offer initially and was quoted saying that she was excited about being presented differently in the song. But the deal, we now hear, has gone kaput.
Sara has now pulled out of the deal and will no longer feature in any item numbers in the movie. Confirming the same Sara told us yesterday, "I'm not doing the item song. I was offered it and me and my team were in talks but things didn't work out."
Elaborating on why she said no, Sara said, "I think there are about three item numbers in it. So unless mine was something special, I was not too keen. I share a good relation with Firoz Nadiadwala and am looking forward to doing some strong rather than an item number."
Well looks like Sara certainly doesn't want to fall into the bracket of item girls. After all, we have Rakhi Sawant for that.
