MUMBAI : Divya Khossla's next offering is Savi: A Bloody Housewife which has Anil Kapoor, Harshvardhan Rane in pivotal roles. The story as seen in the trailer is about the quest of a lady to free her husband for a crime he has not committed. Well, talking about the actress, she has faced her sets of challenges in life. During an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, the Savi actress spoke about the price she had to pay when she had to make the most difficult decisions of her life.

She said, "See in my personal life I won't pay a price which affects me on a soul level, which will deteriorate my soul and spoil my karma. I will not go that far. I think I am a very spiritual person and I think everything is connected to being on the spiritual journey of growing and evolving. I won't go to that extent, Savi also won't. If I have to fight for righteousness I will go out and fight for it".
When asked about how women in general have been shown in Hindi films she said, "I think these are the best lead times for female-led films. This is a female-led film, with such good scripts being written, I think cinema and writers have evolved. I am getting very good scripts..this time has come".
Talking about Savi it has been directed by Abhinay Deo and will be released on May 31, 2024. The trailer of the movie shows an action pot-boiler of how a housewife conducts a jailbreak to help her husband.
