MUMBAI: Dil Toh Pagal Hai, the 1997 musical romance starring Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor is one that will be re-watched for generations to come for its strong essence of love that connects directly to every young heart.
The movie has been loved so much that it was even re-released last year. Well, that and many more SRK movies like Kal Ho Naa Ho, Veer Zaara and Pardes. When talking about Dil Toh Pagal Hai, the movie was loved for its love story which was actually a love triangle, the music and the dance which was impossible to resist.
It’s been around 28 years now since the movie was released, Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor have touched the sky with their success but even today, their iconic dance steps and songs are celebrated. To make things even more wonderful, Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit recreated their famous dance from the movie during this year’s IIFA Awards. It goes without saying how much people loved it. On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is prepping up for his upcoming movie King, where he will be seen with his daughter, Suhana Khan. There are also talks about Jawan 2 but there has been no official announcement.
