MUMBAI: One of the most loved movies of actor Sushant Singh Rajput was Detective Byomkesh Bakshy. The movie was a rollercoaster ride of thrill and action. The actor was seen in the titular role. The movie was loved for its amazing screenplay and storytelling based in the era of 1940. Do you know how the late Sushant Singh Rajput prepared for this movie and his character?

As per report, he stopped using his mobile phones for several months while shooting for the movie detective Byomkesh Bakshy. Yes, you heard it right. Since Detective Byomkesh Bakshy is based in the 1940s when there were no phones and no internet, in order to prep for the role, Sushant stopped using mobile phones to get into the feel of the character.

Detective Byomkesh Bakshy was directed by Dibakar Banerjee and produced by Banerjee and Aditya Chopra. The story is based on the fictional detective Byomkesh Bakshi created by the Bengali writer Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay. The film stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Anand Tiwari, Neeraj Kabi, and Swastika Mukherjee in principal roles.
