MUMBAI: Aryan Khan has been produced in court, and the arguments are on between the lawyer and Aryan’s legal team.
As per Republic TV, the NCB claims that they need his custody for the next nine days for further interrogation as they would want to interrogate him along with his friend Arbaaz and the drug peddlers whose names they found in his WhatsApp chats. He was in touch with peddlers who used to supply on bulk.
They have also claimed that they have evidence of international transactions that need to be further probed, and for that, they need nine days of custody of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Seth Merchantt, and Munmun Dhamecha who have been arrested along with the actor and been produced in the court.

Aryan’s lawyer has denied all the allegations of the WhatsApp chats and have said the WhatsApp chats don’t indicate any drug nexus.
The lawyer has also said that if the NCB has any proof of getting any substance from Aryan and Arbaaz, then they need to show the same and the proofs of the WhatsApp chats.
The lawyer said, “Has NCB come to this? Interrogating two boys. They have arrested one and two because they are high-profile persons but don’t have concrete proof against them."
Well, the hearing is still on in the court, and soon the court will pronounce the verdict as to if Aryan would get bail or would NCB get his custody.
