Shraddha Kapoor becomes third most followed Indian with 91.4 M followers surpassing PM Narendra Modi

MUMBAI : With 91.4 million Instagram followers as opposed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 91.3 million, Shraddha Kapoor has surpassed him in this regard. Even though Priyanka Chopra (91.8 million) and Virat Kohli (271 million) are the two most followed Indians on Instagram, The Stree 2 actress is currently the third most followed Indian on X (previously Twitter), where PM Modi still leads the world with over 101.2 million followers.

Among the other well-known celebrities are Deepika Padukone, who has 79.8 million followers, and Alia Bhatt, who has 85.1 million. The exponential growth of Kapoor's social media presence is indicative of her enormous popularity.

On the work front, Sharaddha was last seen in Stree 2 which is ruling the box office currently. On its opening day, the movie collected around Rs 60 Cr.
