MUMBAI: The case of Sushant Singh Rajput is grabbing more and more attention from fans and the media. Fans are leaving no stone unturned in delivering justice to the late actor and his family. They are pointing out every single detail and following the case on an everyday basis. They claim that the Mumbai Police is hiding something and not doing a fair investigation. Thus, SC and CBI have had to step in.
Today is the day we shall come to know the final verdict of the apex court with regard to the transfer of the probe from the CBI to Mumbai Police. The first hearing was on Tuesday. As per sources, the submissions of the Bihar government and Rhea have been accessed by the media. The former states that the Mumbai Police did not file the FIR of the incident and there was no basis for their interrogations.
On the other hand, Rhea’s submissions say that Bihar Police has nothing to do with the case and all the incidents occurred in Mumbai, so the Mumbai Police should take the investigation forward. It has also been mentioned that the allegations of the family regarding not letting SSR meet them are false, as the actor met them in November 2019.
Both Bihar Govt & Rhea Chakraborty have filed their submissions in the SC. Bihar Govt claims Rhea's plea has become infructuous. Team Rhea claims Bihar Govt acted outside jurisdiction.
