MUMBAI: The AIIMS report is a big blow to everyone who is fighting for justice in the SSR case. They all believed that it was a murder. However, this report turned the case upside down and stated that it was a clear case of suicide.
Netizens have come out and questioned the report. They have said that SSR’s body was handed over on 15th June 2020 with him wearing the same black t-shirt and grey shorts before and after the post-mortem.
Fans are asking how this is possible as the t-shirt and shorts should have been sent for forensic analysis to determine if there were any stains or body secretions present.
This shows that a partial post-mortem was conducted, and the reports submitted to AIIMS have been botched up. Some have also questioned how AIIMS came to a conclusive report without SSR’s body and with the botched-up evidence by the Mumbai cops and Cooper Hospital.
Netizens also feel that AIIMS is being pressured by some higher authority, who will use this report as an escape and will vilify SSR. They have also said that the CBI should interrogate the head, as he must have taken money from the criminals who are involved in this case.
They have stated that enough covering up has been done in the case, and it's high time that the truth is revealed.

SSR's body was returned on 15th June with him wearing the same black t-shirt & gray shorts after the postmortem was done. Think logically, shouldn't the clothes be sent for forensic analysis to determine if there are any stains or body secretions present? #SushantAIIMSReport

Why AIIMS report on SSR Death cannot be conclusive?
— Adv. Chandni Shah (@adv_chandnishah) October 5, 2020
1. No actual body to perform 2nd autopsy-No Death time.
2.With the leftover Viscera,a tangent conclusion cant be reached as it starts rotting post 45days.
3.From dead body photos,Opinions can be given,NOT a conclusive report.
