MUMBAI: Shraddha Kapoor has got the audience hooked since her first movie Teen Patti released in 2010. While her first 2 movies didn’t work so well, the audience had their eyes on Shraddha Kapoor and there was no way they could turn the other way.
Shraddha Kapoor has played some of the most memorable female lead roles, be it Ayesha from Ek Villain, Maya from Chhichhore, or Arohi from Aashiqui 2. There’s one more role that has now made a home in people’s heart and that is from Stree (and Stree 2)
Stree was the movie that started ‘Maddock Horror Comedy Universe’ and movie featured Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee Aparshakti Khurana and some more. The movie was directed by Dinesh Vijan and released in 2018.
The movie introduced the audience to the genre of horror comedy in the best way and garnered a huge amount of love from the audience. Soon there came some more movies like Bhediya starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, Roohi starring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor and previously released Munjya starring Abhay Verma, Sharvari and Mona Singh.
Now, we have Stree 2 where once again Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao are ready to entertain us with their performances. Fans of the movie are giving great responses but on the other hand, there’s also a side of fans who are here with some crazy ideas.
While going through a bunch of discussion groups, there was one idea that caught our attention and made us wonder if it was possible.
So listen up, we know how Ayesha from Ek Villain was a sweet and bubble girl but faced a dark ending. What if Ayesha from that movie, walked into MHCU’s Stree. The reason why this makes sense is because in MHCU movie, Shraddha Kapoor’s character is not actually mentioned with a name and is always shown as a mysterious witch.
So if after all the dark tragedy she faced in her life, she entered Stree with a motive that’s still unknown? It is interesting to see how it does have a slight connection but does it really connect so well?
