Subhash Ghai launches three new films on company's 36th anniversary

Subhash Ghai’s Mukta Arts is celebrating its 36th anniversary today (24 October, 2013). On the occasion, Subhash Ghai announced his new slate of films that the company will be working in the coming year. They are Neeraj Pathak directed Ishq De Maare that has the Deols in pivotal roles. The film is a tale of bonded family of a father and two sons. The second film Sarabjit is a tale of an unforgettable Hero convicted and imprisoned across the border in Pakistan for 22 years and a heroic struggle of his sister Dalbir. The film to be directed by Ishwar Singh Muchhal has been written by Rajesh Beri. The last film Idiot Nalayak Useless directed by Ken Ghosh and written by Sumit Roy and is about today's first generation whose dil chahey more… Meanwhile, Kaanchi, written and directed by Subhash Ghai is slated for release in early 2014. The film stars Misthi, Katik Aaryan, Mithun Chakraborty and Rishi Kapoor in a villainous role. Speaking on this occasion, Ghai said, "It’s a great feeling to know that my company Mukta Arts is announcing three wonderful and entertaining films on its 36th anniversary and is also marching ahead with many more great scripts it has been building up in the last four years."
