MUMBAI : After Sushant Singh Rajput's father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, the actress filed a plea seeking the transfer of the same from Patna to Mumbai. The Supreme Court heard Rhea's plea today. Meanwhile, Centre has accepted the request for a CBI probe in Sushant's case. CM of Bihar Nitish Kumar yesterday made recommendations for a CBI Probe in Sushant's case and the central body has accepted the request. Reportedly, Centre has said that the involvement of Rhea is a matter of investigation.
As reported by Republic, Centre has said that the involvement of Rhea as named by the actor's father in the FIR is a matter of investigation. On the other hand, the Counsel for Maharashtra has stated that 'all allegations are politically motivated'.

Supreme Court has refused to provide interim protection to Rhea Chakraborty. It has also been reported that the Apex Court has order Mumbai Police to file a report and put on record the investigation carried out in Sushant Singh Rajput's case so far.
As per the reports, Justice Roy even questioned the quarantining of the IPS officer from Patna on his arrival in Mumbai to investigate the case. The court will once again take up the matter next week.
