MUMBAI: Since the media broke the news of the drug cartel link through the WhatsApp chats of Rhea, the NCB has begun to probe this case. As per Republic TV, they have also caught three drug peddlers in Mumbai and one of them did confess that he does supply drugs to Bollywood.
Republic TV suggests that an A-lister Bollywood actor and a very well-known director are under the scanner. Even two politicians residing outside Mumbai are under the radar of NCB and they could be called for questioning soon.
The NCB will be examining the connection of drugs with Bollywood and politics. They are not fishing for small guns in the drug mafia racket but will be looking for the mastermind and the biggies who are involved in it.
They will be probing to see who supplies these drugs and how they are supplied to Bollywood celebs. We can expect some big names to be out.
With the NCB and the CBI investigating the case, we are sure some lead will be found soon.
