MUMBAI: During the investigation of the SSR death, the drug nexus in Bollywood was exposed, and many big names came out of this case, which shocked the nation. 

Today, Rhea's bail plea is being heard at the High Court, and Rhea's lawyer once again is trying to slander SSR. 

As per Live Law, he said that that if SSR were alive, he would have been punished for consuming a small quantity of drugs and would have gone to a rehab centre.

He also defended his client by saying that his co-stars Sara and Shraddha have given statements that he used to consume drugs much before Rhea came into his life. 

Rhea and Showik had applied for bail earlier at the special court, but it was rejected. 

Rhea and Showik were arrested by the NCB under the NDPS act for procuring and consuming drugs. 

The NCB soon will be summoning more big names from the world of Bollywood.

Well, let's wait and watch for the outcome of the actress' plea.
