MUMBAI: The last few days have shocked the family and people across the globe who are fighting for justice for SSR as the AIIMS report ruled out the possibility of homicide and said it was a clear case of suicide.
The medical institute even confirmed that they did not find any traces of poison in Sushant’s mortal remains. However, the family is not very pleased with the latest development and have filed a complaint against AIIMS doctors for alleging leaking Sushant’s forensic analysis report, as per reports by Deccan Chronicle.
The portal further reported that the complaint mentioned professional misconduct on the part of the doctor. The evidence led to bias and a boastful conclusion, which was not sufficient, says the report.

The complaint also stated that despite the family asking for a copy of the repor,t there has been no response. The head of the forensic team was not submitting a post-mortem report but was only expressing an opinion on the findings of Cooper Hospital, which conducted the autopsy.
On the other hand, the CBI has cleared that the homicide angle hasn’t been ruled out and they are probing all angles in the case and will make an official statement once they have strong evidence in the case.
