MUMBAI: From the past few days, veteran actor Shekhar Suman is out on a mission to pressurise the Indian government into launching a CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. He, in fact, even visited the late actor's house in Patna and met his father. Soon after, Shekhar had organised a press conference to discuss the potholes that he felt in the police investigation.
Shekhar's latest tweets, however, reveal that he trusts the Mumbai Police and is encouraging them to awaken their conscience by urging them to do a fair investigation and deliver justice to Sushant, his family and friends. Shekhar further admitted that he won't give up on the #justiceforSushantforum.

"Mumbai police is the second best in the world.. lets hope they will do justice to the case. #justiceforSushantforum," wrote Shekhar.
He continued, "No no im not changing my statement.Nor my stand. I'm reminding them that they are supposed be the second best..and not lose their position and do a fair investigation.i thought i will just awaken their conscience #justiceforSushantforum. Its like jab koi bachcha chori karta hai..you tell him..bahut achcha bachcha hai kabhi chori nahin karega. And it has a positive impact on the kid." However, Shekhar was quick to take a U-turn, he soon tweeted, "Im sorry i said im going to awaken their conscience. i forgot they have no conscience in the first place. #justiceforSushantforum."
Further, defending himself, Suman added, "My stand my demand remains the same..im not a quitter..im not a twitter warrior. I'm going ahead with #justiceforSushantforum #CBIForSushantSinghRajput im doing my best to take this up with the Home minister of our country to speed up the process."
Reacting to the accusations made by Sushant's family, Shekhar added, "I've no taste for politics, no inclination, no aptitude, no temperament. if given the choice i wdn't like to touch it with a ten feet barge pole. ppl are trying hard to stop me from going ahead with #justiceforSushantforum by insinuating ive political ambitions." He also shared a snap of him offering prayer to Sushant's picture at his Patna residence and wrote, "It's a promise that i shall keep my friend that you get justice. #justiceforSushantforum."
