MUMBAI: Sushmita Sen never fails to impress her fans all over the globe with her looks and witty answers in interviews and the actress surprised and shocked people back then when she adopted a baby girl. She named her Renee. A few years later, Sushmita Sen adopted another baby girl and named her Alisah. Ever since then, the two daughters have made up for Sushmita's world. In her recent interview, Miss Universe 1994 revealed that she offered help to her elder daughter to find out about her biological parents. However, Renee responded in quite an interesting manner.
In an interview with Rajeev Masand, Sushmita Sen shared, "I told her we don’t know if the court has the names of her biological parents but there is information in an envelope which is only rightfully hers after she turns 18. I didn’t want to give her the wrong information because I did not want her to go there and get her heart broken. I told her, ‘I’ll take you whenever you’re ready... we must go.’ She told me, ‘But why do you want me to go find out?"
She further added, "By the time she was 18, she was looking at me like, ‘What’s your problem? Why do you want me to do all these things? I don’t want to know."
During Diwali, Sushmita Sen shared a candid family picture on Instagram and expressed gratitude. Along with the actress and her two daughters, boyfriend Rohman Shawl too was a part of this picture. She wrote, "Here’s to looking up in gratitude!!!Happpyyyyy Diwali to you & all your loved ones!!! Wishing you love, health, light & hope!!
