Movie Tejas that has Kangana Ranaut in the lead is finally released and here is the full review of the movie.

MUMBAI: Movie Tejas has been the talk of the town from quite some time now. The movie that has Kangana Ranaut in the lead is directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced by Ronnie Screwvala. The movie is India's first aerial action entertainer and has some great talents like Anshul Chauhan, Varun Mitra, Ashish Vidyarthi, Vishak Nair apart from the actress Kangana Ranaut.

The trailer of the movie was loved by the fans all over and had got a big thumbs up from the fans. Well, the movie has finally hit the big screen and here is full review of the movie.

The premise of the movie deals with Tejas Gill, an aspiring Indian air force pilot for whom country is everything and wants to serve her country by joining IAF. The first half of the movie deals with the passion of Tejas Gill for serving the country and the second half is how Tejas Gill is on a mission to rescue her fellow IAF officer from the terrorist.

The story of the movie is very predictable. It is like a same old wine in a new bottle. The screenplay of the movie is full of rough patches. The movie does not stay at a point and the passion of the lead actor fails to come out in a proper way. Many things in the movie look forceful. Also, the direction given by Sarvesh Mewara is strictly average.

Talking about the performances, actress Kangana Ranaut tries really very hard to convince the audience with her character and the movie. But the power is lacking in her performances. She need to have more energy and more power to play an Indian officer who is on a mission. On the other hand, Varun Mitra, Ashish Vidyarthi and Vishak Nair unfortunately were decent in the movie and had less to offer. But Anshul Chauhan on the other hand good a space to shine.

The plus point of the movie has to be the brilliant subject to pay tribute to our IAF officers. But the execution is something where the movies lacks. Also, the subject of Aerial action is new in India and is a good cinematic experience. Also, the BGM of the movie solid and surely it is lifting scenes in the movie, which are surely enhancing your movie viewing experience.

Unfortunately, the movie has more negative points. It lacks soul at many places. If we are watching a patriotic movie, it is very important to translate the feeling and the patriotism to the audience. But, this movie fails to do so. The dialogues on the other hand are weak. The biggest drawback of the movie is the VFX. The scenes are looking very fake and computerized due to use of bad VFX which is surely making the movie unintentionally funny and losing grip in between the action scenes. Also, the performance of the actress Kangana Ranaut is falling flat at many places. The actress should be looking more powerful as the IAF officer. There are many songs in the movie which definitely look forceful. The movie also has an abrupt end and the storyline is very predictable and we have been watching the same thing since the 90s.

Well, having said all this, the Kangana Ranaut starrer aerial action entertainer has nothing great or new to offer, but can be seen only if you are a Kangana Ranaut fan.

Team Tellychakkar goes with 2.5 for Tejas.
