Vicky Kaushal recalls how he was fine during the fast with actress wife Katrina Kaif on their first karva Chauth after their marriage; 'She asked Google...'

MUMBAI : Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif had a relationship in secret for around two years before their December 2021 wedding. Sam Bahadur actor talked candidly about fasting with his actress-wife on their first Karva Chauth together after getting married in a recent interview. Vicky remembered how Katrina was getting restless, but he was fine.

When asked if fasting was tough for him during a conversation in an interview with the popular news portal, Vicky said, “I am okay with keeping a fast. As actors, we go through diet restrictions and all that so being an actor helps. But she is a Google queen. She asked Google when she’ll be able to see the moon. Google said 8:30 pm. I told her Moon won’t listen to Google, it will come when it wants to. Google can’t predict the movement of clouds. That delay was there and she was like, ‘It hasn’t come.’ I said it’s not like I am calling it. It will come when it wants to. She was completely fine till that time that Google set, 8:30 pm, after that she was like now I am feeling hungry.”

Earlier, in an interview with the popular news portal, Katrina recalled her experience of fasting on her Karva Chauth. She said, “But, the sweetest thing was that, of course, Vicky was also fasting. I’m sure he wouldn’t have (let me do it alone), and it’s not like I asked him to do it all. I didn’t say anything. He did it himself, so that was sweet and of course, our, his parents were also over, so it was our first because it was our first year of marriage, there’s puja which happens and all that. So, that was lovely.”

Recently, Katrina's pregnancy rumors have garnered media attention. When Vicky was questioned about “the good news” of his real life at the trailer release, he mentioned the pregnancy suspicions, he stated, “Abhi ke liye aap Bad Newz enjoy kar lo, jo hum la rahe hain. Jab uska (good news) time aayega, we won’t be shying away from giving that news.”
