Vidya Balan to visit PM Narendra Modi's tea stall in Baroda

Ever since Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of India, the tea stall at Baroda where he sold tea decades ago has turned into a tourist destination of sorts for people. People have been making a beeline to visit this now famous tea stall and taste the tea. We now hear that very soon the stall will be graced by the celeb presence of Vidya Balan. Vidya who is currently covering an extensive promotion leg for the film Bobby Jasoos will be soon visiting Baroda in Gujarat for promotions. The actress, as part of her promotion, has also decided to also visit the famous tea stall. The actress will also be having a cup of tea from the stall which had recently sold free teas during Modi’s election campaign. When contacted, Vidya confirmed the news and said, “When the team told me that we are going to Baroda, my immediate reaction was I would like to go the stall. It has become one of the most popular destinations in Baroda.” The versatile actress will be seen in 12 different looks in Bobby Jasoos. In the film, her character wishes to become the number one detective in the old city of Hyderabad. Ali Fazal plays the male lead role opposite Vidya.
