After the heart breaking news of Rishi Kapoor and Irfan Khan passing away, here comes another sad news which is no less than a shock to the entertainment fraternity.

Wajid Khan of the musical duo Sajid-Wajid has passed away at a Mumbai hospital. He was 42. 

The singer cum music composer who suffered from a kidney ailment, succumbed to Coronavirus related complications. 

Twitter was full of "Gone too soon” tweets and Salim Merchant Priyanka Chopra and many others shared their condolences on their social media handle.

 According to the report by SpotBoyE, the music composer was diagnosed with the novel coronavirus a few days back. Wajid had been suffering from a kidney ailment and had recently had a heart transplant.
