She had once said that she prefers to workout mostly in the mornings. Here is a picture that completes her morning routine.
Rakul started her yoga practice in 2018 and her commitment towards it is evident. She thanked her trainer for this particular pose as she learnt to balance her body.
Even vacations don't keep her away from doing her workouts. She recently spent her time in the Maldives; motivated to do a yoga pose and she did with the hashtag #yogaeverywhere.
The diva shared her experience with yoga. In this Instagram post, she wrote, " Stretch your mind and flyyy @anshukayoga how proud are you. I couldn’t touch my hands to my toes when I started my practice and today doing Paschimottanasana with ease feels like such an achievement!"
