Why did Arijit Singh beg to Salman Khan?

Arijit Singh and Salman Khan

Bollywood’s most soulful singer Arijit Singh is going through a rather tough time or so it seems. Looks like the current flavour of Bollywood just got a taste of Salman Khan’s side that nobody should mess around with.

The Tum Hi Ho singer issued a public apology to the Sultan of Bollywood due to a misunderstanding that could cost Arijit his career. It so happens that Arijit unintentionally (well, that’s what he claims), slighted Salman at an event.

Even though it was done without malice, it rubbed the Khan megastar the wrong way. So much so that he has apparently removed Arijit’s song from Sultan. Ouch.

The singer, who allegedly tried to apologize to Sallu at every occasion and through common friends, posted a public appeal on Facebook. Will the actor ever forgive and forget the supposed tiff?

We all know what happened a certain Bollywood actor who chose to take ‘pangas’ with Salman, right?

Here's what he said:

After posting it on his social feeds, the singer soon deleted it, fearing backlash.

He said in a media statement, "I deleted the post as people started reacting in a different way. It was an apology letter but to some people it sounded different." (sic)

He also added, "I am really upset that I lost a beautiful song. I have high hopes I will sing for him one day." (sic)
