Divyendu Sharma had tied the knot with his college buddy Akanksha, right after making his debut in Bollywood in the year 2011.

Divyendu’s close friend, Siddharth tweeted a picture with the groom on June 28, 2012, and wrote, “Wishing the super talented Divyendu Sharma a very happy married life:) Superb actor! Spectacular friend!”

While interacting with one of the media portals, he said, “Akanksha was my college buddy, we fell in love later. She is my best friend. We really like each other’s company.” When asked about his wife’s profession, Divyendu replied, “She is a jewellery designer.”
