Sony TV's Ekk Nayi Pehchaan gets a new airing time

With the launch of the much anticipated season of Kaun Banega Crorepati (Big Synergy) on Sony Entertainment Television, the channel will see a change in its schedule. Kaun Banega Crorepati is the most watched game show in the channel and with Amitabh Bachchan as the host, the popularity automatically reaches a notch higher. The show is all set to launch on 17 August, with a special premiere, and will air regular episodes from 18 August, Monday-Thursday 8:30 pm. As already reported by the media, Main Naa Bhoolungi (Beyond Dreams Entertainment) will go off air on 15 August. The show currently airs in the 8pm slot. Now, Ekk Nayi Pehchaan (Jay and Kinnari Mehta) currently airs in the 8.30pm slot and from 18 August it will take the slot of Main Na Bhoolungi. Thus, Ekk Nayi Pehchaan will pave way for KBC at the 8.30pm slot. Ekk Nayi Pehchaan that presents the tale of Sharda (Poonam Dhillon) and her quest to find her new identity will see some dramatic twists in the coming days with her husband realizing his folly of cheating her.
