Splitsvilla fame Priyanka Purohit bags Sony PAL's Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai

Ekta Kapoor is all set to present her new show Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai on Sony PAL from 16 October. The show based in Bihar starring Aparna Dixit and Navi Bhangu as leads has already generated audience interest. The serial also has a talented ensemble of Nikhil Arya, Roopa Ganguly, Kali Prasad Mukherjee and Seema Pandey. Also making her foray into acting through the show is the pretty Priyanka Purohit, who is currently seen in MTV Splitsvilla. The model from Mumbai carved a niche in the series for her romantic escapades with co contestant Ayaz Ahmed. With Splitsvilla all set to wrap up soon, Priyanka will get another chance to shine with this Balaji Telefilms project. Priyanka will be seen playing the lead Purvi’s (Aparna) best friend who will stand by her all along. Although in Bihar, Priyanka will have a modern outlook towards life and will be a smart and independent girl.
