Richa Chaddha seems to be visiting the major spiritual places of India courtesy her shoots. She started her spiritual sojourn with Banaras for Gangs of Wasseypur and it turned out to be the turning point of her life. She revisted Banaras again for her next film Masaan with Neeraj Ghaywan. She also visited Ayodhaya for her film with Sudhir Mishra. Next on her list is Haridwar for her next film.
Shares Richa, "I'm spiritual, very in fact. But not necessarily religious. It's coincidental how I have been to all the religious places in past two months of shoot. Ayodhya, Benaras and may be Haridwar soon. It definitely is like being in a different era. The places have such an old world feel and it feels amazing to be one with those places. In fact, I wrapped up Masaan in Banaras last month.”
For Richa, travelling to all these religious places not only gives her mental peace but also helps her enjoy the rich culture of India.
