MUMBAI: Sony SAB’s Veer Hanuman continues to enthrall audiences with its rich storytelling and spiritual depth. Featuring Aan Tiwari as the young Lord Hanuman and Tanmay Rishi Shah as Lord Ram, the show now enters a dramatic and emotionally charged chapter where faith, sacrifice, and divine destiny collide. In recent episodes, Lord Hanuman uncovers a sinister plot to harm Lord Ram through poisoned ittar. In a selfless and shocking act, Lord Hanuman pours the acid-laced fragrance upon himself to expose the danger. Though he miraculously survives, his drastic decision leaves many confused and searching for answers.
As the story unfolds, Ayodhya faces a new threat—a devastating storm unleashed by Lord Indra (Meer Ali) looms over the kingdom. With King Dashrath away, Lord Ram steps forward to safeguard his people. Standing loyally beside him is Lord Hanuman, who insists on joining the mission. What follows is a divine turning point—Lord Ram, for the first time, witnesses Hanuman’s unparalleled strength and unwavering devotion. As they shield Ayodhya and its citizens from destruction, a sacred bond is forged, marking the beginning of an immortal alliance built on faith, loyalty, and courage.
*Aan Tiwari, who essays the role of Lord Hanuman, shares*, “I was really excited when I found out Lord Hanuman and Lord Ram would be on a mission together. Working with Tanmay bhaiya, who plays Lord Ram, is so much fun! He’s like a big brother to me on set, and we practice our lines together. During one scene, where we had to stand strong against the storm, he held my hand tightly. It made me feel supported, just like how Lord Hanuman would feel with Lord Ram by his side.
Aan further added, “The director and the entire crew also explain everything with so much care and patience. They tell me stories, help me feel the scene, and always cheer when I do well. I feel very lucky to play Lord Hanuman. I’m learning so much—not just about acting, but also about being brave, kind, and faithful.”
Tune in to Veer Hanuman, Monday to Saturday at 7.30 PM, only on Sony SAB
