When the world's most powerful man, mentioned a popular dialogue made immortal by the world's second richest actor, history was created. Barack Obama's referral to SRK's dialogue from DDLJ Senorita, Bade Bade Deshon Main in his farewell speech won many hearts. SRK and DDLJ fans went into an overdrive making the story trend on social networking sites all day long.
SRK too tweeted his happiness by saying, " Proud to be part of gender and religion equality speech of Pres. Obama. Sad he couldn't do the Bhangra. Next time, Chaiyya Chaiyya for sure."
When we asked the master choreographer of Chaiyya Chaiyaa Farah Khan on whether she is ready to make Obama dance if he visit India for the third time, the director smiled and answered, "It was a very proud moment for all of us. Yes, I know SRK tweeted about Chaiyya Chaiyya and I too like many millions of Indians, want Obama to take a train journey next time and will surely make him dance atop it as well."
Farah also expressed her happiness at hearing Obama's historic religion and gender equality speech. "It's a lesson for our politicians on how well you can make your point by giving a short and simple speech rather than long ones. Obama really said and meant a lot many things through his speech."
When asked what other signature moves would she like to teach Obama, the affable Farah said, " We will make him sing Indiawaale."
Now that would be historic we say!
