I pick up exercises that suit my body; be it yoga or dance.

I think more than abs overall fitness and health is important.

Going for a jog or a walk is always good for your health.

I think my aspiration of being fit helps me to stay motivated.

I have started eating right and healthy so I think this is my fitness achievement.

It is difficult to choose a body part as I am proud of my body.
