Some relationships may seem to be beautiful, but it’s not for keeps.
Rahul Mahajan and Dimpy Ganguly, who found love in a TV reality show and later got married, have been officially divorced today (25 February).
Although Rahul and Dimpy never really had a ‘happy married life’, they maintained a smiling face for the world. Readers would remember soon after their national TV wedding, Dimpy filed a domestic violence case against Rahul.
But soon resolving the issue the couple participated in Nach Baliye 5 where they went on to entertain not only the viewers but also became popular among the judges.
News of them separating soon reached us and Tellychakkar.com exclusively reported about them filing for a divorce.
Even though the two declined the news, the separation became evident with them never making public appearances together or talking about their marriage.
The season of Bigg Boss 8 did try to cash upon this controversial jodi getting this estranged couple together under one roof. Though audience expected some crackling chemistry, it turned out that the two had definitely moved on and nothing apart from friendship remained between the two.
Today post the final court hearing, Rahul went on to tweet about him being ‘just’ friends with Dimpy.
