Another high profile mythological show is in making on the life of Lord Hanuman.

Titled Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman, the project will be helmed by Contiloe and air on Sony Entertainment Television.

Yesterday, we wrote about actors Sharhaan Singh and Ankit Bathla signed in to play the roles of Meghnath and Vibhishana respectively.

Now, we have learnt that Vikas Grover of Beintehaa fame will portray the role of Narad Muni. And Ankur Verma who is currently seen in Star Plus’ Ek Suhani Si Ladki will play the role of Laxman.

Ankur confirmed and shared, “I have already shot for the promo. I am glad that I am doing two shows at a time. For the role of Laxman I have gained four kgs in 12 days. I am truly excited and looking forward for this mythological drama.”

We tried getting in touch with Vikas but he remained unavailable.

Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman will launch mid of April.
