Nishikant Dixit bags Life OK's Piya Rangrezz

Sphere Origin’s upcoming show, Piya Rangrezz is all set to take charge on Life OK.

Seasoned actor Nishikant Dixit who is even today remembered for his role in Maayke Se Bandhi Dor has bagged a plump role in the show.

Nishikant who has till now played more of the sobbing and under-confident father will for a change portray the role of a well-read and educated man who will be confidence-personified. The best part of this role will be that Nishikant will sport an elderly look when compared to his real age.

As per a reliable source, “Nishikant will play the father of the lead girl. His will be a very interesting character, critical to the story telling.”

As we know, Gaurav S. Bajaj will play the male lead, while newbie Kirtida Mistry will play the female lead. Narayani Shastri, Rujut Dahiya, Sahil Phull, Shalu Shreya will play pivotal roles.

When contacted, Nishikant confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I am part of Life OK’s show Piya Rangrezz. Mine is a very interesting role, something that I have never done before.”

Nishikant has been part of TV shows Chintu Chinki Aur Ek Badi Love Story, Dil Se Di Dua… Saubhagyavati Bhava, Uttaran to name a few. He has done movies like Deewar, Jab We Met, Khichdi, Lafangey Parindey and many more.
