Actor Pankaj Tripathi does not need any introduction!! The man who has essayed quite a lot of challenging roles in Bollywood in the movies Gangs of Wasseypur – Part 1 and Part 2, Agneepath, Omkara, Dabangg 2, Singham Returns and many more will now return to the small screen after a gap of few years.
The talented actor was earlier seen essaying the role of Naved Ansari in Sony TV’s Powder. His last stint on TV was Star Plus’ Gulaal.
Now, Pankaj Tripathi has been roped in to play father to the popular hero of television, Mohit Sehgal in Rashmi Sharma’s upcoming show on Zee TV, Zilla Chapra.
As per a reliable source, “The character that Pankaj will be playing will certainly add another feather into the man’s rich body of work. He has been signed to play the boy’s father, a very important character in the show.”
When contacted, Pankaj told Tellychakkar.com, “I have not been asked to talk about the show to the media. I will be doing it at the right time.”
