Anuj Saxena had worked in Kumkum for the initial 40 episodes, though he began as a cameo initially, he soon became a full fledged role, with the on screen chemistry of Juhi-Anuj at the time percolating into some off screen rumours about their relationship as welled off screen as well. The reappearance of Jatin on the serial as Karan will add to Kumkum's dilemma as she married Sumeet (Hussain), Jatin's brother after his death. An interesting vortex of relation lies ahead with Juhi, Anuj and Hussain at it's three focal points as Juhi has been a good wife to both and Sumeet an extremely good brother.
