Anil Kapoor is one actor who seems to have an adverse effect of age on his looks. The man might be the father of three young kids, he might have played the role of father of two Bollywood hotties, Ranveer Singh and Piggy Chops, but that has not stopped him looking a stunning, cool dad.
With each passing day, as the man is growing older, Anil, is looking fit and fab more than before.

So, when the media turned to him for some acting tips, Anil shared his fitness mantra with us.
Speaking about the same, Anil mentioned, “It is mostly about consuming the right kind of food. Definitely we have to put some efforts on our part, but then again genetic factors also matter. Hence it is advisable to do some hard work in such cases”.
“The best practice is to be careful about the foods we are having. At times we consume all wrong foods and wonder even after exercise and certain restrictions why everything is not going well. So, it’s better to figure out which kind of food is harmful for us and to have healthy stuff only”, added Anil.
