Tellychakkar.com was the first one to inform about BBC’s upcoming show Girls on Top for MTV.
After tremendous success with Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan, the makers will churn out another youth drama, revolving around three female protagonists hailing from different cities. The three girls will come to Mumbai to achieve their dreams.
There is already news about Channel V’s BFF’s lead Fenil Umrigar, playing one of the leads Gia, who would be a journalist from Kolkata.
Now, we have learnt that newbies Saloni Chopra and Ayesha Adlakha have been roped in to play the other leads.
According to our sources, Saloni will play the role of Ishita, who will be from Delhi. TV actor Nakul Sahdev, will play her love interest, a musician, Sahir. On the other hand, Ayesha will portray the character of Revti from Dehradun.
We buzzed Nakul, who shared, “Yes, I have been approached, but things are yet to get finalized.”
Saloni and Ayesha remained unavailable to comment.
The pretty girls recently shot for the promo, and will begin shoot for the series from next week.
