The macho actor Hiran Chatterjee, who acted in films like Jackpot and Macho Mustanaa, says that he is comfortable doing a couple of films a year.
When asked at a press conference that why your fans don’t get to see you often on big screen, the actor quipped, “It is a relative matter. I am comfortable doing one or two films a year.”
Citing example from Bollywood, he added, “Some prefer to do many films a year and some like Aamir Khan, do films after a gap of four years.”
When quizzed if Aamir Khan is an inspiration, he stated, “Absolutely not. I influence myself. I have given you just an example. If my viewers aim to see myself on a regular basis, then I will have to do TV serials.”
Talking about the factor that he considers before saying yes to a film, he opined, “I give my nod to a film only when I am convinced by the script. Script is the hero of any film.”
The actor next will be seen in Arindam Dey’s ‘Meher Aali’. Produced by Niyasa Filmz Pvt Ltd, the film is a psychological thriller.
