Kaumudi back to settle scores with ‘Bairi piya’

Your past always comes back to haunt you. Thakur Digvijay Singh‘s (Sharad Kelkar) sins have run its course and he’s about to pay for one of them. In the initial episodes, the Thakur was shown sexually exploiting a hapless Kaumudi (Priyamvada Kant), who was mortgaged to Singh by her debt-ridden father. Kaumudi now returns with Thakur’s child and is out to settle scores with her molester. When contacted, Kant said, “Yes, I’m returning to the show again. However, I can’t be telling how and when.” A source though informs, “Kaumudi’s return will bring an interesting twist to the show. If you remember, she was shown in the third episode where her debt-ridden poor father mortgages her to the Thakur. Later, her father wants to her to get married but a pregnant Kaumudi runs away from the village. Not only does she return with Thakur’s child but Kaumudi will now be shown richer than Thakur. She will demand to stay with the Thakur. There is still time for this track to come.”
