Rajeev Bhardwaj and Dolphin Dwivedi in Sony TV’s Crime Patrol

Sony TV’s Crime Patrol will churn out a very gripping story, a tale of a husband and wife, who would get into an emotional turmoil when their married life would get rocky, owing to the presence of the lady’s sister. Playing the central roles of the husband and wife will be noted actors Rajeev Bhardwaj and Dolphin Dwivedi. The episodic will be produced by Optimystix. The story which will traverse from the present to the past and then get back to the present, will show the happy life lead by the couple Pankaj and Geeta (Rajeev and Dolphin). The story will then move crisply into the failed attempts made by the husband and his hired team in killing the wife. The flash back will then reveal how the man would have fallen for his own wife’s cousin sister. With time, the wife would get to know of it, and that will be when she will give her husband another chance to reform and live happily with her. Even though the husband will take it and continue living with his wife, a twist in the tale will later prompt him to kill his wife. Will Pankaj be successful in killing Geeta? When contacted, Dolphin told us, “This is a very gripping story, which will air for two days. Unlike in majority of the stories, where the good will ultimately turn out to be the bad, this story will from scene one reveal the real faces of all the central characters. I enjoyed playing this role.” Rajeev who is now enjoying his stint in episodics after being part of two back to back successful shows Mahadev and Maharana Pratap said, “Yes, it was a great experience shooting for this episodic. For a change, it had a romantic angle, and the scenes have been shot aesthetically. Also there was quite a lot of scope for action. To tell you, episodics on TV is in a brilliant phase right now. And for an actor like me who has had many years of experience under the belt, the thrill and excitement that the varied roles in episodics give is something great.” Actress Sabina Jat will be playing the sister of Geeta, who would fall for her sister’s husband. Other actors include Gyanendra Tripathi, Aditi Asija and child artist Aarambh. The story will air this weekend.
