Eat healthy and work hard.

Abs are necessary?

No.

Current workout routine?

I keep on changing my workout routine. It is never constant.

Diet chart?

I don’t have a proper diet chart but I take care of my eating habits.

Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?

Yes, sometimes.

What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?

Warm up exercises, pushups, sit ups and running. 15 mins intense workout is the best.

How do you stay motivated?

As I am paying money for the gym, so it keeps me motivated to go to the gym.

How much do you weigh right now?

52 kgs.

Your cheat food?

It could be anything. Sweets also.

Which body part are you proud of and why?

Waists, as I don't put on fats there.

What time do you work out?

Morning.

Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?

No, I concentrate on my workout.

Gym attire?

T-shirts, track pant and sport shoes.

Your gym buddy?

Param (Singh) and Ankit (Gupta) are my gym buddies.
