All hail Anil Kapoor, who's truly redefining the small screen space. With the first season of 24, the Indian adaptation of the popular American TV show, he gave us Jai Singh Rathod and the adrenaline-pumping tale where Jai put in his everything to protect the PM.
The latest season, which will be aired on Colors from July 17, looks even more thrilling than its first counterpart.
This time, Jai has to not only fight a deadly virus that can wipe out Mumbai, but also seek closure for his wife's death. Both his personal and professional lives will be juxtaposed as he battles the wound of a loss in the arms of a stranger, who could double-cross him later. Ooh!
The trailer looks sleek, sophisticated and is packed with more thrills, action sequences and drama. A distraught-looking Anil Kapoor is perfect as Jai and is ably supported by Sakshi Tanwar, Ashish Vidyarthi, Harsh Chhaya, Neil Bhoopalam, Sapna Pabbi and Sudhanshu Pandey.
From the switching of screens in fast fashion to nail-biting chases to who's after whom moments, the trailer is an exciting affair.
And not to forget a sizzling kiss between Suvreen Chawla and Anil- it is quite a steamy one.
