Yuri Suri and Nawab Shah

Popular Bollywood actor Yuri Suri, known for his portrayals in movies Jodhaa Akbar, Kites, What’s Your Rashee etc will be making his return to the small screen with Sony TV’s big-budget show, Peshwa Bajirao, produced by Sphereorigins and Invictus T Mediaworks.

Yes, he will be the one who will be stepping into the character of Qamaruddin, replacing popular actor Nawab Shah

As reported in media, Nawab has opted out of the project owing to creative differences. Earlier, he had opted out of Nagarjuna too citing creative issues.

Yuri as we know played the role of Mahendra Gill in Anil Kapoor’s 24 on Colors.

Before becoming an actor, Yuri was a radio jockey, and then went on to join the Indian Airforce in the cadre of a fighter pilot. Later, Yuri followed his passion and turned an actor.

We buzzed Producer Sunjoy Wadhwa and the channel spokesperson, but received no revert till we filed the story.
