Sangeita Chauhaan is one of the talented actresses of TV industry. She has won the hearts of the audiences by essaying the role of Meghna in Colors’ daily Ek Shringar Swabhimaan. 

For this actress, apart from acting, travel is the other area of interest. So, we caught up with Chauhaan in a candid conversation wherein she talked about things related to travel.

What do you do while travelling?

I mostly prefer listening to music while travelling. I also take a nap or chit chat which totally depends upon the company I am travelling with. I prefer to have a chit chat if my company is good. If the company is boring or I am travelling alone, I listen to music.

Your dream destination?

I am eager to see the Northern Lights.

Best vacation till date?  

Most of my vacations have been related to work. My recent trip to Boondi for the shooting of Swabhimaan has been the best. I also had the best time in Thailand when I was shooting there for my movie Love U Alia. Thailand is a beautiful place.

What do you prefer hills, beaches, or monuments?

Depending on my mood, my preference has always been between hills and beaches.  My current mood is hills.

How do you like to travel-by road, air or water?

I have experienced road and air and now I would like to experience water.

Snacks, my cards and earphones.

Ever travelled alone or wish to?

I wish to travel alone. I had planned a lot earlier but nothing materialized. I would like to go to the Himalayas or anywhere in North India if I would be travelling alone.

Best season to travel?

When it comes to seasons, I do not have preferences as such. However, I avoid travelling during rainy season.

 Your travel buddy?

It has to be my best friend Purva or my family.

A never again destination for you?

Jaisalmer. I have loved being there and I want to go there again. But then given a choice, I would go to some other place because I have stayed in Jaisalmer for long.

Celebs you want to travel with?

I would like to travel with Vidya Balan, Varun Dhawan and Siddharth Malhotra.
