Karni Sena protests outside Kangana Ranaut’s house before Manikarnika’s release

MUMBAI: Ahead of the release, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi faced another trouble as Shri Rajput Karni Sena protested outside the house of film’s lead actress Kangana Ranaut.

Karni Sena had asked the makers to show the film to them before its release as according to them, the makers have shown Rani Laxmibai dancing on a special number which is against their tradition, and they also claimed that the makers have shown the Queen’s relationship with a British officer.

A few days ago, Kangana threatened to destroy Karni Sena, if they tried to create trouble in the release of her film; post her statement, Karni Sena demanded the actress to apologise for her comments, and when she refused, a few members of the group protested outside her home.
