Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Sacred Games made viewers go crazy. The gripping tale kept everyone hooked to the screens. Viewers loved it absolutely and are now awaiting the release of its season 2.
Sacred Games is the first Netflix original series in India. Based on Vikram Chandra's 2006 novel of the same name, it is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap, who produced it under their banner Phantom Films.
The first season was one of the most watched original series in India. Naturally, the second season has escalated the curiosity of viewers, and they can’t wait for it to release.
Finally, yesterday, Netflix shared the prospective date on which Sacred Games season 2 will go on air. However, they did not reveal the date; they just gave a hint. The makers tweeted, “Calendar nikaal. Tareekh likh le. 14 din mein kuch bada hone wala hai.” Now whether the season will be released in the next 14 days or is it related to something else or will it be an April fool joke, only time will tell.
