Post leap, Baba Aiso... has lost its charm, says Juhi Aslam

Imagine’s show Baba Aiso Var Dhoondo is saga of a family with a daughter who is a dwarf played by Juhi Aslam. Now, the show has taken a leap and rumours started making the rounds that the lead, Juhi aka Bharti, in not happy playing an elder character. Rumour mills also spread the word around that Juhi is also planning to throw in the towel. However, Juhi rubbishes all claims and says that she is not unhappy at all. “These are rumours and I am certainly not planning to move out of Baba Aiso Var… But yes, after the leap the show has definitely lost its charm.” Hmm…and why does she say so? “Viewers loved the chemistry between Bharti and Murli (Vikrant Massey). But now after the leap, Bharti is all alone. So they miss the moments between the couple.” Okay. We understand the point. So is she bored playing the character? “No, but I would like it to become more interesting. I want to tell my fans that though the soap might look a little less appealing now, but they should still watch it for Bharti and to find out what will happen in her life,” says Juhi. We hope her fans are listening. And what about her future plans? “I will stick with the show and finish it. In the future, if someone writes a role for me then I will definitely take it up.
