MUMBAI: 18th January 2025: After five months of perfecting their sur-taal through relentless riyaaz and delivering mesmerizing performances under the expert mentorship of Sachin-Jigar, Sachet-Parampara, and Guru Randhawa, the finalists of Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa battled it out musically one last time at the show’s nail-biting Grand Finale. Amidst stiff competition, Mumbai girl Shradha Mishra was crowned the season’s winner. Shradha lifted the trophy amidst thunderous applause, leaving her fans rejoicing her win. Finalists Subhasree Debnath and Ujwal Motiram Gajbhar were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively.
The grand finale was an electrifying extravaganza, featuring breathtaking performances by the top six finalists—Shradha Mishra, Ujwal Motiram Gajbhar, Subhasree Debnath, Bidisha Hatimuria, Parvathi Meenakshi, and Maharshi Sanat Pandya. Their power-packed opening act set the stage ablaze and left everyone spellbound. The mentors- Guru Randhawa, Sachin-Jigar and Sachet Parampara also enthralled the audience with medleys of their chart-topping hits while creating unforgettable moments during the Finale. Adding star power to the evening were legendary singers- Udit Narayan and Kavita Krishnamurti, alongside former cricketing icon- Harbhajan Singh, who regaled the audience with delightful anecdotes and joined the celebration with a spirited bhangra performance.
During the finale episode, viewers were delighted to see Udit Narayan and Kavita Krishnamurti perform with the mentors of the show, while Harbhajan Singh unveiled the ILT20 trophy, adding an extra layer of excitement. The final face-off performance featuring the top four contestants- Shradha Mishra, Ujwal Motiram Gajbhar, Subhasree Debnath, and Bidisha Hatimuria had viewers glued to their screens, making it a perfect culmination to a season filled with talent and passion.
Winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Shradha Mishra said, “This is a dream come true for me. My journey on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa has been a transformative learning experience, thanks to the constant support and guidance of my mentors. Recording my first OG single, ‘Dhokebazi,’ composed by Sachin-Jigar, was a milestone moment, and I am overwhelmed by the love it received. I’m carrying a treasure trove of memories and looking forward to embarking on my singing career with renewed passion. Thank you to everyone who made this journey so beautiful.”
Sachin Sanghvi said, “Shradha’s exceptional performance and consistency throughout the season has been awe-inspiring. Her dedication and pursuit of perfection have been exemplary. This season was particularly special as it provided contestants the opportunity to release their original singles, a stepping stone into the music fraternity. Personally, I’ve always wanted a younger sister, and I saw one in Shradha today. I wish all the contestants great success as they move forward in their careers.”
