MUMBAI: Surveen Chawla has made a place for herself in the entertainment industry. She has been part of several TV soaps including Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Kahiin Toh Hoga. She has stepped into the world of digital world. In fact, she has garnered praises for her performance in Netflix’s Sacred Games 2. Now, it seems the actress is not interested to work in TV anymore.
In an interview with DNA, Surveen said how TV shows are not really keen on experimenting with their content and which is why she won’t consider doing it in the near future. She said, “Television shows in our country are still not experimenting much, so that’s out of the list for me. It’s not satisfying at all. As far as films go, today content is changing and there’s a lot of experimentation that’s going on with new age writers and filmmakers. So, everybody’s focusing on content for a change which is great.”
