Casting matters, but it's all about luck and contacts: Kunal Singh

MUMBAI: Actor Kunal Singh, who was last seen in Laal Ishq, feels that in the entertainment industry, competition is so high that at the end of the day, it's all about luck and contact.

 

'Even if you're talented and skilled, the struggle doesn't end for you in the entertainment industry. Sometimes, even after doing great and lead roles, people are seen missing from the screens. If you choose to became an actor, first get yourself ready to struggle. What people assume about the field and what they come here and face are completely different things, and reality is ugly,' he said in a statement.

 

Talking about casting, he says, 'Casting matters, but majority of the time, it is all about your luck and contacts or sources you have in the industry.'

 

Kunal is still remembered for an playing important role in long running television show Saath Nibhana Saathiya. He later featured in music albums too.
