Shantanu Maheshwari’s BIG CONFESSION post Nach Baliye 9

MUMBAI: Choreographer, actor and international level dancer Shantanu Maheshwari has a piece of his mind to share with the audience.

The young lad participated in the ninth season of Nach Baliye along with his girlfriend Nityami Shirkhe.

The dapper has won a few reality shows along with World Of Dance competition on an international level.

However, Shantanu couldn’t win Nach Baliye because of which a few haters started commenting on his and his girlfriend Nityaami’s ability to dance.

After receiving many comments and messages related to his LOSS in the competition, Shantanu took to Instagram and posted a heartfelt message expressing the importance of a journey and how winning and losing doesn’t really matter.

An honest confession - recently I was asked - a person with International Dance background couldn't win a Dance reality show in India - that’s when it hit me...that WINNING is so important for people... you are perceived according to your wins...according to your followers...your awards...no wonder i find so many lobbying themselves for all of these...I find it pitiful as no more people try out new things nor take risks only because they are scared of LOSING ...isn't that SCARY...i percieve every project as a competition with MYSELF...as I wanna learn as much as I can...not scared about losing... I’m scared about being stagnant...would rather be the water that flows than the water that's bottled up...
